Job Listings
Each job posting can include the following: job title, description, salary, incentives, experience needed, and more. Your HR team can log into the color-coded jobs area to view how many candidates there are, who has been interviewed and evaluated, and who has been short-listed or hired. Jobs can be marked inactive for use again later.
Dashboard of Progress
Every team member has access to the job postings and candidates. In addition, the dashboard gives everyone a color-coded quick overview of how your hiring process is progressing. Finally, the dashboard provides access to videos, question sets, CVs, and other documentation the candidate has uploaded.
